We’re bringing the bank to your business with Umpqua Bank’s Commercial Mobile Banking! Available to Commercial Online Banking customers, Commercial Mobile allows you to make deposits, check balances, make transfers, and pay bills.

Available features include:

Accounts - Check your latest deposit account balances and search recent transactions by date, amount, or check number.

Transfers - Easily transfer funds between your deposit accounts.

Bill Pay - View, pay, or cancel bill payments to your existing vendors and payees.

Mobile Deposit - Deposit checks to permitted accounts. Snap, Tap, and Go.

To take advantage of Umpqua Commercial Mobile, you must be enrolled in Commercial Online Banking. As Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit are permittable services, please verify with your Company Administrator that you have appropriate permissions before using Umpqua Commercial Mobile.

On my Android, the app just won't take any number inputs as if the fields are read-only. For instance, I can't do "money transfer between my two accounts, or mobile deposit a check". It's been weeks, still not fixed! Useless app. Update on 7/23/2024: following the suggestion below, I contacted the bank via the "Contact" menu, and left my contact info. So far no one has contacted back, and the reported bugs are still there!

It's actually hard to believe that this is from a real bank. This is hands down the worst app I have ever used. Let alone a banking app. Not able to transfer funds between accounts (business and personal) Apparently there are no plans to update or change the functionality. Edit: there is no need for me to call your 800 number. I have done it several times, the person on the phone acts surprised and says they will look into it. Nothing happens. I think I'm done with Umpqua.

These are the worst apps ever period both the online and the mobile asa l pps are so hard to navigate. It doesn't matter what you need to do its not easy. It's almost impossible to even see recent transaction history and searching for a transaction is even worse I was trying to confirm some payments and couldn't find them. I called to get help from A representative and they couldn't find them either. So I'm still not 100% sure if those taxes got paid. I was able to confirm 1 of 3
