Seriously? I've been using this app for almost 2 years and it has ALWAYS been buggy. It seems to stop working at the most inconvenient times. It is always "an unknown error has occurred" or "down for maintenance." The actual interface is decent and when it works, it is a breeze, but I've never used a more inconsistent app in my life. Get it together.
Have used this for years on Samsung products. Always has worked well. Does have an occasional hicup, very seldom and not enough to be concerned about. Is fast and reliable. I give it 5 Stars because after years of use an occasional hiccup is fine with me.
I've grown to really like this app. There were a lot of flaky updates in the last year, but it seems pretty solid right now. Very clean layout, and no problems with transactions
Works well with Nougat. FINGERPRINT WORKS on Samsung Galaxy S7. The secret was to open the app with the password, then go to settings, security preferences, and turn on the "touch ID." I also told my app to remember my username.
Awful SLOW and outdated app. Come on Umpqua GET WITH IT.
5 stars-! Well, been using this app for a year now, all three personal accounts (I can not speak for their business accounts since I do not have one) and I never ever had an issue, this app was used on at least 3-4 different phones ranging from $80-$300, both Apple and Android; so not sure why all the hubbub is about and low ratings. Updates are necessary part of any software app, mobile or not..and if you have a computer of any sorts at home...you should know this by now-!😒😐 So, with that being said..here's why I cloose Umpqua for my banking: 1: Great customer service, and always willing to work with me, even on my mistakes. 2: They're easy to start an account, even when you've had one before with them and it got closed... 3: This app has NEVER failed on me, ever, and is accurate down to the penny, I checked it as I was at their ATM using this app. (For banking purposes that's major, think about that for a moment) 4: They have free coffee and cookies. Don't see that at Wells Fargo-! 5: Free 24 hour wi-fi, when your in a jam and living out of your car, they never jammed me up for sitting in they're parking lot after libaray has closed to search for services. Thx you-! 6: 2nd largest bank on the coast 7: The CEO, pulled this whole thing off to become the 2nd largest bank on the coast, he did it back in 2007-8 when the U.S. econ took a massive head-long dive into oblivion...not sure about any on else but, that in itself should speak VOLUMES more than the ratings of this ever could. Ohhh...and he wrote his book about as well. Just go in and ask for a copy. (Think about that for a few moments and then decide if the 3 star ratings truly reflect the bank's history and banking practices & policies, because there are a he'll of a lot more banks out there that are schyters and one of which I was personally told NEVER bank with them period, by a person who was a banker, I took their advice and they folded 5years later)
