This app is ok, but far behind convenient. It's missing many of the user friendly interfaces that other banking apps utilizes. The lack of instructions or prompts makes it difficult to things that you would assume work the same way as other banks. Transferring money for instance is a multi step process, that could otherwise be much more simple. I can't say that I've enjoyed my experience using this app. Umpqua is at least staffed with friendly employees that are willing to help out.
Seriously? I've been using this app for almost 2 years and it has ALWAYS been buggy. It seems to stop working at the most inconvenient times. It is always "an unknown error has occurred" or "down for maintenance." The actual interface is decent and when it works, it is a breeze, but I've never used a more inconsistent app in my life. Get it together.
I only use this app to check my balance. It takes a minute to load at first, but otherwise it shoes almost everything in real time. There are only a few stores that hold charges for a time. Has like to cs and to report technical issues.
The most garbage banking app I've ever seen. Constantly changing with no improvements on how well the app functions. I'm lucky if I can even get it logged into my account without having to use the browser instead of the app.
I HATE this app! It constantly shows WRONG and erroneous information on my account! It takes forever to post transactions, unlike my other bank, and will show my account in the NEGATIVE, which causes me to panic and question my own bookkeeping practices, when in fact my account is not in the negative at all. I used to need 2 different banks, but want to close 1 account now. Guess which bank I will not be doing business with anymore?!
Have used this for years on Samsung products. Always has worked well. Does have an occasional hicup, very seldom and not enough to be concerned about. Is fast and reliable. I give it 5 Stars because after years of use an occasional hiccup is fine with me.
