I have had almost constant issues with trying to login through the app for the last several days. It just freezes on the Loading screen. I had experienced minimal issues with this app prior to the update with the name change. Since the update though; I've had frequent issues with the app freezing, or lagging. It's become so frustrating that I'm contemplating just transferring to a different financial institution entirely.

edit: still sucks. They p have investments in other money management Corp. It has actually removed features that were in no way a problem. I used to be able to select a subcategories from shopping like clothes, electronics, general and look further into each sub and see the purchases. now all I can do is see the basic breakdown of "this much spent on this broad basic category" I just woke up, sat on the toilet and got ready to be productive but no... took something rly good and threw it away

So far giving me trouble every time. What is the point of having a phone app if it will NEVER open! I never had this problem with Umqua. ALSO, Columbia is the most difficult and confusing online banking I've ever used and I have been using online banking for over 24 years. I've read through the other 1 stars and it appears I'm not alone. When are you going to correct these huge errors?
