I'm experiencing several issues with the app on my new phone. Despite having a new device, the app doesn't filter names or other details properly. For example, when I try to search for a name like "McDonald's," the search fails. I'm running Android version 25.9.0. The card lock feature should be quicker to access. The display of the name and purchase type next to each transaction is useful, but I need the filter and search options to work correctly so I can quickly find specific transactions.

It's mostly good. But since the name switch back to Columbia Bank, the account detail loads really slow once I click on a specific account after logging on. It used to load in about 5 seconds, but now it's closer to 30 seconds, on both my phone and computer. Sometimes it doesn't finish loading at all, and I sit there waiting for the line on the bottom to go across. Fix that, and it's a good app.

I have had almost constant issues with trying to login through the app for the last several days. It just freezes on the Loading screen. I had experienced minimal issues with this app prior to the update with the name change. Since the update though; I've had frequent issues with the app freezing, or lagging. It's become so frustrating that I'm contemplating just transferring to a different financial institution entirely.
