I would rate the app 5 stars, but recent updates feel like a regression. I used to be able to get to my card QR code straight from a lounge listing, as one usually would want, but now you have to hit back 3-4 times to return to the home screen and get to the card details. Please revert to old UX. It also keeps telling me that the credit card is expired when you open the app, but I don't have my card details entered and never have. That notification seems to be finally gone now, thankfully.

Service is great, but the app has little use except as replacement of your membership card: lounges wont take card in Google Wallet. All of these half-baked, poorly developed and under resourced apps should go away and replaced by Google Wallet. The app now fails to show the keyboard to put in your password to enable biometric authentication. You have to delete your username and let the password manager fill in. Long splash screen makes it awkward when trying to get in to lounges.

App is very problematic and hasn't been fixed in the 1+ year I've been using it. Options are limited so they fill space by listing every possible terminal with "airport takeout," forcing users to click through each one to hunt for possible lounge access, feels like malicious UX design. Text directions for location aren't terrible, but every phone has a GPS in it, why not include links for mapping apps???
