This is the worst application I have ever used. The service is almost always unavailable . The user interface is incredibly confusing and disgusting, making navigation nearly impossible. On the rare occasions when the app does work, it crashes frequently, causing significant frustration. Customer support is completely unresponsive and unhelpful, often leaving issues unresolved for days. Overall, this app is a complete waste of resources.

Incorrect meter reading shown on all 3 meters fixed at my house. The reading shown on the app is way ahead of the reading shown on the meter. Moreover, The app will never refresh at one go, sometimes you won't be able to see the current balance even for an entire day, and then the next day there will be an absurd amount deducted. Absolutely ridiculous and highly mismanaged system by SBPDCL.

Service shown deactivated since april.. now the balance was going in minus due to the previous dues. In starting they used to cut off the connection once its reach the balance in minus below 500 but now its reached 6000 and still the status is same but no cut off connection. Now already paid the amount but the app is still in deactivated mode and havent updated my uses since 5 days. what a cheap service app and the cheap service of the electricity provider board. Shame on your service
