Ratings and reviews

For 2 weeks the app sticks on loading, it just keeps spinning. I have to uninstall the app, reinstall it, wait for an access code text, and submit the code before I can access my accounts. And this only works 1 time! I have to go through this process every time I want to use the app. Emailed for help a week ago, and still no response. Very frustrating!!

It's always a hit or miss on displaying your correct balance! Not to mention it takes days for pending transactions to go through!!! The bank itself doesn't have much going on for themselves other than the fee free notary honestly! I can't wait to find a new bank with better services and a decently working app!

horrible app. I have to uninstall then reinstall just to be able to sign in and once I log out I have to uninstall then reinstall all over again. I spoke with a few people from the bank they couldn't help, So I then spoke with my carrier and after over an hour of cleaning my phone they were unable to find the problem, so he told me that since all my other apps were working that I should contact the app designer so I emailed them and after 5 days no reply. horrible horrible app!!!
