No tengo palabras para describir la profundidad y la calidad del contenido de esta app. Siento que aquí están todas las enseñanzas necesarias. La recomiendo sin ludar a dudas.

Indiscutiblemente una fuente de conocimiento, fruto de la experiencia de primera mano sobre la comprencion del funcionamiento de la mente a travez de la meditación. Fuera de que es pago y muchos no podran acceder al contenido avanzado, el curso basico y las clases complementarias valen el crearse una cuenta y descargar la aplicación, despues de la primera vez esperaba a la siguiente clase con ansías, algo que pocas veces me a sucedido.

Creo que está app de meditación sobresale del resto por quién y como está concebida. Aborda la materia desde varios ángulos, práctica, teoría, vida. Cuenta además con grandes maestros. Muy recomendable.
