- A 5x5 valence and arousal emotion grid that names the feeling, not just a 1-5 slider.
- A guided 5-step CBT thought record: situation, automatic thought, evidence for, evidence against, balanced thought.
- A feared-outcome tracker: log a worry, pick a check-back date, mark whether it actually happened.
- A calendar heat-map of the last 30 days (full timeline with Pro), each day coloured by the dominant feeling of that day.
- Trend charts for valence, arousal, and trigger correlations.
- A grounding and breathwork toolkit: 4-7-8 breathing, box breathing, 5-4-3-2-1 grounding, the STOPP technique.
- An optional HALT reflection prompt - hungry, angry, lonely, tired.

ABOUT YOUR DATA

Your mood entries, thought records, photos and worries stay on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers. Anonymous crash reports and ad data are sent to Google so we can fix bugs and run ads on the free tier. You can turn that off in Settings under Privacy Mode.
