The sign up process is excruciating. Couldn't login with my old customer id as the email was uneditable and pre-populated with a doormant (2 o) tag, had to create a new account, says it's sending a confirmation text and it's an email instead, and finally I can't register my credit card as there's a limit on the n of characters, my name is longer and won't validate. Appalling UX flow.

Terrible terrible app! Was charged twice for the same booking and they never refunded me, it takes at least 20 minutes for the same rude and unprepared woman to answer the customer service phone and she is not helpful at all and lies to you. Switched to Yuko, two different planets!
