저는 아직 수도권에서 큰 이슈는 없는 것 같습니다. 다른 분 말씀처럼 큰 길을 두고 좁은 길로 안내하는 문제는 좀 있고요. 개인적으로 카카오처럼 목적지 지역 택시만 호출할 수 있는 기능이 있으면 좋겠네요. 할증 요금을 줄일 수 있고, 네이버 멤버십까지 연동하면 시너지를 낼 수 있을 거예요.

런던에서 우버 보트타려고 신용카드 등록이 되지 않아 꽤 많은 시간을 소비하였습니다. 택시는 정상적으로 결제수단이 사용되는 것 같은데 보트에서만 계속 오류가 뜨네요. 이건 앱의 문제인 것 같습니다. 개선이 필요합니다.

기사관리 피드백관리좀 해주세요. 그냥 별점주기싫어서 안주려고해도 꾸역꾸역 주라고 하지않나. 지도가 어떻게되어있는지 콜은 가까운거 다 안잡고 6분거리 기사 잡아다주지 않나(6분내로 온적없음) 기사는 거절가능한데 고객은 멀리서 콜잡는 기사 거절 못하는것도 치명적이에요. 토요일에 질의한건 답변이 계속없지 않나 고객센터 관리도 좀 해주세요. 왜 전화 콜센터가 없는겁니까? 그리고 다시 타고싶지않은 기사 설정은 왜 이미 피드백 다른걸로 남긴기사한테는 못하는겁니까. 총체적으로 문제입니다. 그리고 지도관리좀 해주세요. 좀 운전 잘한다고 느끼는 기사님들은 다 뭐라고 하십니다.
