這是變相詐欺！不要使用, 當它出問題Revilut會讓你知道：是自己活該選擇了他們做金錢處理！我在歐元區，14天前從App推薦的easy bank transfer從當地加錢58歐，銀行馬上確認轉出，它不止沒入帳7天後才被退回，還不見了25歐！revolut chat 消極推託處理，他們讓我自己多次去跟轉帳行一再確認，無視我已告知轉帳行確認無收取此費用，退回證明只顯示被扣25歐無任何解釋，整週與revolut重複交談，等待回覆時間非常久，仍等待服務人員回覆，再上線就又換了個人，不斷重複，Revolut完全不正視用戶使用App後產生的混亂問題和失敗入款、消失的高額扣款，推轉帳行，並在毫無解決我的問題下決定無視，關閉了我們的記錄對話匡！！ Very nice!！歡迎提供如何投訴此數位銀行，謝謝。
