Ratings and reviews

The new app version is absolutely terrible. The home page doesn't scroll and when you search for international flights, the search keeps going on without returning any results. The old app was so much better and actually worked. When you click on a link from your email, the app opens but it doesnt show you the correct flight that was in the link. Terrible! Terrible Terrible!

not sure how this app has a 4.6 rating, when literally, every so-called flight with every so-called number of miles, can't be booked or is unavailable, or is no longer nonstop, etc. Or if it is available, the number of miles is at least 50% to a 100% more, than listed in the app. what a monumental waste of time

App doesn't work. Doesn't allow to search for Business / First Class seats. When trying to select seat class to change from "Any", it doesn't click through. When searching without that option, when trying to filter for Business / First Class seats it gets into a search buffer and never gives results.
