Ratings and reviews

not sure how this app has a 4.6 rating, when literally, every so-called flight with every so-called number of miles, can't be booked or is unavailable, or is no longer nonstop, etc. Or if it is available, the number of miles is at least 50% to a 100% more, than listed in the app. what a monumental waste of time

absolute garbage. their own alerts are wrong every time. all my alerts are set for business class. I receive an email stating they found a flight. I follow the link that takes me to their app which shows me flights for the same rate as the email but fir economy. this isn't even a phantom flight on an actual booking site. this is their own internal error which wastes my time and if there ever were a legitimate award flight matching my criteria I would miss it because I ignore all alerts from them

This app update is a step backwards. It's unusable. I don't understand the thinking in making the search for the airport codes take more time and work than before. And the searches time out/don't work half the time. The mobile web browser is better if I have to use my phone to search.
