It's frustrating when you check in using the app and then can't find your boarding pass on the app, and you have to go to the counter to print your boarding pass. Can't even use the machines to print out because you have already checked in. Another time there was a problem with the pass booking. I bought a flight pass and booked my flight but the flight was in reality not booked because of a system error and I could not fly. I had to buy another ticket on the spot which cost so much more.

One might get a stroke or heart attack from sheer frustration while using this app. Trying to log in is a real pain. OTP that is supposed to be sent to WhatsApp or SMS never arrives. Tried multiple times but still the same result. This is a recurring issue. One would probably have better luck in hitting the Toto jackpot then receiving the OTP for logging in. MAS IT team needs to seriously buck up. This is an embarrassment. How are we supposed to support MAS if we can't even login.

Very easy to fill up the Apps. After years not flown MAS for long distance, good to fly your bigger plane rather than Boeing 737 or Airbus 320. Flying more than 3.5 hours, MAS must use bigger plane such as A330 or 777 as more leg room compare to smaller plane. Looking forward & hope the service is much improve from previous experience.
