Your app is telling my flights are cancelled when in fact they are not. This started when I needed to confirm a time in flight change. Imagine my panic to confirm the changes via the app to get to the final stage to be told my flights have been cancelled! When will the app be fixed..its been two weeks now and apparently Malaysia Air are aware of the issue? It's a great app...well it was!

Newer update still problematic. Trying to buy a ticket, I had to call customer service who keyed in my itenary and email me link for payment. Whats the point of having this app then? Just a heads-up to MAS... an upgrade is supposed to raise the app to a higher standard. Keep this up, and you dont have to wonder why we run to your competitors. You are just lucky the government keeps bailing you out. Other company would have been buried by now.

I use Android phone & the apps is not compatible with it. I can't log in at all. tried to uninstall, reset password or anything I can but I still can't log in. so frustrating whenever I want to collect points during check in, manage my flights, check my flight details etc..and the apps is not functioning. improvement really needed
