Your app is telling my flights are cancelled when in fact they are not. This started when I needed to confirm a time in flight change. Imagine my panic to confirm the changes via the app to get to the final stage to be told my flights have been cancelled! When will the app be fixed..its been two weeks now and apparently Malaysia Air are aware of the issue? It's a great app...well it was!

Newer update still problematic. Trying to buy a ticket, I had to call customer service who keyed in my itenary and email me link for payment. Whats the point of having this app then? Just a heads-up to MAS... an upgrade is supposed to raise the app to a higher standard. Keep this up, and you dont have to wonder why we run to your competitors. You are just lucky the government keeps bailing you out. Other company would have been buried by now.

Seems reasonable app but a pain to set up. Password reset froze first time. Issues with verification codes via text. Cannot update address/passport details via app, gives critical info missing, call Malaysia message. However, log in to the website and it updates fine. Biometric login would be really useful, much better than texts.

What’s new

We’ve made it even easier for Enrich members to claim missing points—simply use the new shortcut available on the My Enrich page for quick access.
The Status Benefits display has also been improved, giving you a clearer overview of the privileges you’re entitled to at every tier.
