I am constantly having trouble with app, its very very irritating and im beginning to lose my patience with it, why have an app that doesn't work, its extremely bad customer service. It is very slow to open when I make a selection, sometimes it doesn't even open. Alot of work needs to be done to improve this app. Its really disappointing

App doesn't work outside of Australia. I have to use a VPN to make it work. Sucks if you're an Australian who travels constantly. Why geolock the membership login? Very inconvenient. Also, doesn't work with password managers. :(

More often then not I log on the the app but it stays in "loading" mode. Really embarrassing when trying to make get a rebate. The dentist had to wait 30mins until I could open the app to use. I don't used standard the issue. I have the latest Samsung and my data is full so it has to be an app issue?
