This app is terrible. Every claim I have submitted has been rejected due to poor photo quality. It's not my fault the app can't take photos! And instead of just communicating online they send you copies of everything and a letter about every page that failed. Using the app wastes 10x more paper and time than snail mail. Every claim I faced made I have to call them and explain to them how to read the receipt. It is ridiculous that the only way to claim is to find a printer and take a photo. I have a perfectly good PDF invoice, why can't I use that!? Most people don't have printers in 2017! Also, it lacks a lot of useful features, like showing your claims history.
Would not even download onto tablet. The app stated installed, but nowhere to be found on downloads or anywhere else on tablet.
Won't even let me register my account. Absolute waste of time
App worked great before the latest update. Trying to log in and it has been loading for over 20 mins.
Can't view my extras claims history, so it's of limited use.
