This app is terrible. Every claim I have submitted has been rejected due to poor photo quality. It's not my fault the app can't take photos! And instead of just communicating online they send you copies of everything and a letter about every page that failed. Using the app wastes 10x more paper and time than snail mail.
Guys, your telephone call centre says use the app to change payment details and were particularly rude. I then waste my valuable time doing so only to see that this feature doesn't exist! Not only that but I can't check my limits as others have noted. I left AHM to move across, and I'm paying a higher premium with less service.
Useless for determining whether you are covered for a particular procedure. Poor UX design.
Your call centre told me today to use the app to claim as it will be quicker. Yet every time I try to log in it keeps telling me to check my connection. Considering I'm using WiFi I don't think the problem is from my end. Have no problems with any other app
Useless, HCF call centre told me, dowmload the app, take a photo, send the claim, done.. WRONG, this app won't allow to make a claim, waste of my time. Don't use HCF, find a different insurance, these guys a useless in all aspects
Why do I need to log in every time. Set the ability to use a pin at least or even finger print. Basic function in app is minimal at best. Uninstalling until better updates are released.
