The app keeps failing to load photos for claims which is the only reason I use the app. I have tried to delete and reinstall which worked for the next 2 reciepts but has now stopped working again. Great app when it works though...
Why the hell would you take a perfectly clear image and turn it into an undecipherable image which you will not accept. 5 bloody times this has happened seriously fix your bloody app
Could be better. Not up with modern times. I've not been able to claim yet. BUT an improvement would be to accept pdf receipts. My providers email me my receipts (this is what happens now and is becoming popular. Makes sense. Cheaper, quicker, environmentally friendly) This app does not allow you to attach receipts. Only take photos. Which means printing, then take a photo. Not very efficient. Something to consider on your next update? App could do with improvement. I am unhappy with app. Picture quality is very poor.. The few claims i did with the app half were not able to be processed due to poor skilled workers not being abel to decipher invoices correctly. I find i have to go to the shop which is 20 min drive to the shopping center plus finding parking meaning at least an hour of my timeto get my bills done efficiently . and which sometimes means i need to wait half a year for the money till i get there. Would be helpful if we can attach a photo or pdf instead of scanning and if workers could have more successful processing of claims
"How can we save some money?" "I've got it. Let's make it so that even when the user is on wifi they run into a 'technical issue' when uploading a claim photo. Can't reimburse if people can't file claims!" Seriously fix your crappapp
Always 'technical issues' when trying to make a claim. Rhe app has good features but doesn't work
