Since some months the app was very smooth to use as both my accounts the OSHC and the Extras Cover were visible in one place in the app. But something has happened a couple of days back probably since the last update. My account got logged out. Since I logged in again, there is only one card visible the OSHC. I can't se Emy extras cover card in the app now, and it is difficult to check my claims or anything for that cover. I hope this can be fixed soon.

Your latest update has signed me out and advises I need to sign back in and then gets stuck on a page saying 'we'll be a few moments' that never loads rendering it useless. For an app that's updated so often I find more often than not I end up having to use your website instead because the updates have made changes that make claiming via the app impossible.

This app has everything you need but is absolutely useless. It keeps crashing. You try to upload a receipt, and it shows as there but then an error comes up saying it needs a receipt uploaded. Then, when I try to RE attach the app crashes yet again! The chat bot has no idea what to do with your questions no matter how much you rephrase a simple question. TERRIBLE
