They want to switch everyone over to digital cards but this app is incredibly unreliable and buggy. I have not been able to sign in via the app for over a year, which means I am unable to use the digital card to make claims. I have been relying on my physical card. When I sign in, I input the code it sends to my phone, then when it returns to the app it says "something went wrong". This will happen in an endless loop until I give up.

This was a good app, but they messed it up by adding a PIN. PINs are insecure—they're difficult to associate with a purpose, so people will ultimately use the same PIN for numerous apps. This app always had 2FA and used the phone"s built-in security, which together with a password, which can be uniquely created with a password manager, are gold standard security. But a PIN? Whomever decided to enforce that doesn't know anything about security, so now I'm concerned about how safe my Bupa data is.

Everytime I open the app, I have to sign-in with an email and password. then dry up a pin, and finger print login. this happens even logging in the next day. This has been an issue for years now, unbelievable it still hasn't been fixed. it's super painful trying to pay at reception and the delays this causes.
