This app just does not work reliably. I joined Bupa this week, downloaded the app, and have experienced no end of problems. I created a digital ID on the website, but in the app I get sent in an endless loop of "Your connetion is not secure", "you have been logged out", "please sign in again" on repeat. I thankfully managed to get it to work briefly when I needed to claim and it was great. But the rest of the time....Argh.

Since some months the app was very smooth to use as both my accounts the OSHC and the Extras Cover were visible in one place in the app. But something has happened a couple of days back probably since the last update. My account got logged out. Since I logged in again, there is only one card visible the OSHC. I can't se Emy extras cover card in the app now, and it is difficult to check my claims or anything for that cover. I hope this can be fixed soon.

Next to useless, half of the features just link it to the myBupa web version. An Extras claim that is shown as the last claim made in the main page isn't shown on the Claims page. Where's the dark mode to make the app more accessible? I actually work for Bupa so its quite embarrassing to be associated with this app.
