doesn't work. won't accept my account number. says the account number needs to be 8 chars, but my account number, when I log in on the website, is only 7. they say I need the latest version to fix that problem. I just installed it again, so it must be the latest version. there's no way to confirm because they won't tell me what the latest version number is.

Every update the app gets slowly worse, slower to function and respond. 3-step verification is problematic and very annoying. (login, email code, text code = verified) And now the app doesn't even have my billing anymore. It has to be linked? EDIT: it has been fixed, billing is back. We could do without the splash screen as that makes slow loading. Also we know it's "Bell" already.

With Bell make sure you watch your bill, EVERY bill. make sure to call when something is wrong as if there is they never correct it unless you call them, have to explain over and over... Keep notes of what they tell you, take the agent number because next time you call, you'll never speak to that person again. We've been long time customers of theirs but that's what we have to do with them.
