I was on auto pay for several years, but when I got a new credit card and tried to change it on the app, and by talking to Lucky, the auto pay would no longer work. Not only that, but Lucky will no longer help you set up auto pay. so I have to manually add money every month. I am looking for a new provider who actually wants my business.

The app itself is fine. The service? Well, I haven't been able to make calls in 4 months but I can text and use data, no one can give me answer why after all the troubleshooting, I'm refused a credit for my troubles, I get copy and paste excuses for everything. My last attempt for any kind of resolution was met with "There's an outage in your area", even though my wife, also with Lucky, is perfecrly able to use all 3 aervices. So, personally, I cannot recommend Lucky to anyone.

Absolutely one of the best companies I have ever used . Really decent bang for your buck ( pricing ) and I really like the rewards . Easy to navigate app to choose a plan or make a payment , see your rewards and even your usage , the date to pay by , and other details Thankyou Lucky
