App doesn't seem ready to be used on a daily basis. Takes forever to login even with saved information. Whenever I try and pay a bill or send an etransfer, it fails and says it can't do it at this moment. Almost missed a payment that was due after the app said it had gone through. Checked my account the next day and it had failed. Sent first try via the browser. Just going to continue using the web browser as it always works as it should

I've banked with servus for over 5 years idk why I stayed as long as I have. the app is absolutely atrocious, I currently haven't been able to login for over 3 days, this is not the first time this issue has occurred. when I go to login it just says sorry your request cannot be fulfilled at this time.

Expensive bank to deal with. Accounts are expensive, interest rates for lines of credit are high, even having a 800 credit score. Once you have a 0 account balance and charged $5 for a 1 cent interest from the $5 fee from the previous 1 cent interest and no one is understanding just tell you to keep more money in the account ( essentially just give them more money for nothing) until it's fixed is quite ridiculous. especially after using them for 20+ years. Cut your losses and open a wealthsimple
