It's terrible. I cannot sign in to manage my wifi, each time I try it just skips back to the sign in screen. And there does not appear to be an option to manage the devices from my laptop. I was able to manage my home wifi network previously. A friend just switched to Telus, I am thinking it may be time to do the same after sticking with Shaw for a very long time. Is there a rating less than 1 star that we can leave?

Hi Maeghan. We'd love to help. Please try manually signing out of the MyRogers app, clearing your browser cache, and then logging back in to the Rogers Xfinity (Shaw) app with your Shaw ID. ^ee

Can't Login - Can't set up my new service. I just signed up for wifi service with Roger's and im honestly considering canceling it because of this app. I want to manage my wifi (change the name and password, etc) but cant get past the infinite loop of the sign in page. My older devices dont like wifi names with dashes in them so they won't work until I can change the name. So I honestly dont know what im paying for at this point in time. Usually I like working with Roger's.

Then, clear your browser’s cache and data before logging in to the Rogers Xfinity app again. The app is terrible. I have to clear my browser cache just to log in, or else it'll go back and forth between app and browser in an endless loop. When I do get into the app and try to see my billing, that too opens my browser and asks me to download the Shaw app. When I select download, it just opens the Rogers app, and round and round we go again.

Hi Kristine! When trying to sign into the Rogers Xfinity (Shaw) app, I recommend signing out of any MyRogers (Shaw) and/or MyRogers apps first and see if it will let you log in without any issues. If you do have a MyRogers app, I would sign out of that app as well before signing into the MyRogers (Shaw) app. Let us know how it goes! ^ BE
