• Choose the date and time to pick up your ordered prescriptions.
• Receive notifications when your medication is ready for pickup via email and/or SMS.

can not get in the app to get into my prescription. just takes me to a generic Walmart page. after adding password it asks for a code. code gets sent to my text. add it into the page were it asks. never works. my wife is having the same issue. it's was good. now useless. even tried deleting the app and redownloading it. it still doesn't work. it's garbage. this has been going on for a month now. useless app.

This app sucks at log in I don't know who did it for you guys but it's somebody who doesn't understand customer service. If you are too hell-bent on two-factor authentication you should allow other options like email or an authentication app rather than just relying on SMS, which is patchy, never arrives, or arrives very late. Also you should retain that login information on the same app for a little bit longer than a couple of hours, if not days. Once you log in it kinda works

Decent app, but when I send a request for the pharmacy to fax my doctor to give them a new refill, nothing happens. I have to call. Also, the app opens at random times when I'm not using it. Each time, it wants to set up 2FA, even tho it is already verified. Been nearly a year with no fixes.
