Every time I try to log into the app, I type my email and password. Then I type in the code that's texted to me. The app opens a new screen, but it's completely blank and remains blank no matter how long I wait. I have tried deleting the app and re-installed it and I've restarted my phone and keep getting the same results. This app used to work so well. I would have easily given it 5* before. I tried to email the address in the app support on here and I got a failure notification.

Tedious and unreliable. The app only works half the time. The issue in the app, is the inability to delete old prescriptions. An unused medication older than 2 years should be deleted, instead of having to scroll through them. I'm on regular meds, and with the app down/not working, it is frustrating. This has been an issue from Day 1. After all this time, it should have been fixed!! It's not helping patients or Pharmacists at my location with the problems! FIX IT!!

This would be a great app if there weren't so many problems, like never accepting a prescription number to link a pharmacy but instead requires going to the pharmacy to get a code, which would be ok if it didn't give the option to link through a prescription number. It also doesn't let me use biometric log in. It won't allow Samsung Pass to save my password but continuously reverts to an older password. Takes forever to update any changes to profile. All in all it's needs major upgrading.
