Username is not remembered, password autofill is disabled even from the secure Samsung Pass, biometric sign in is not possible. Come on, make us solve puzzles and dance in front of the camera in addition. You actually weaken the security because of your paranoia, making people to use weak passwords.

Used to be good: now it's layers of hassles. the multifactor authentication gives you 60 seconds to respond, but takes up to 30 minutes to arrive (and I'm frantically refreshing, checking spam, etc). If you respond to an second authentication, it often wants a 3rd! If you answer a human question while using it, and retun in a minute ‐ it's logged you out again. My main phone is 6 months old and works fine.

this WAS a good app until they made changes. Now I have to go back to the call in method for refills and management. I can not access any information on the app anymore. As someone who needs to manage medications closely, this creates another stress I do not need . Even the "help" page is a dud.
