Very poor customer support experience. Response times are extremely slow and frustrating. If you make even a small mistake while applying, there is no option to edit or correct it. The application frequently lags and gets stuck on a single screen, making it impossible to proceed. If you encounter any issue, getting help from UniCard support is very difficult and time-consuming. Overall, a highly disappointing experience.

I am trying to get registered, but I am unable to complete the process. During login, the app automatically reads the OTP, but after filling in the user profile information, the app does not accept the OTP manually. When I go back to check the OTP, the typing option becomes disabled, so I am not able to proceed further. Kindly look into this issue and provide a solution at the earliest. Thank you.

Terrible experience, extremely disappointing.😠😡 I’ve been using their services for a year, and I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone. Their charges are already excessively high (63.72% per annum), and they make changes to your account without permission. First, 6 months ago, they closed Uni Paycheck without any prior notification.😐 Then, they reduced my Uni Cash credit limit, and now my entire credit limit is gone😡, despite my acceptance of their terms and conditions. Don't use it.
