Ratings and reviews

The app requires advance payment, which is inconvenient. Most of the time it shows “Something went wrong” errors, making it unreliable. I’m unable to check card details, view balance, complete payments, or even block the card or change limits. When it does work, it repeatedly asks for device verification while blocking the card. There’s no trust—it can stop working at the time of payment. Needs urgent improvement.

It was good in the beginning, but less uni coins are given against the promised purchase. And the customer service does not connect easily. I tried for 12 mins and there was no sign that they would connect. I have emailed too but haven't received a response for the last 3 days. The app is slow and takes time to load. edit: Received a quick response and resolution.

This has been the worst onboarding experience. I had to wait 15–18 minutes for the Video KYC, and once it was finally my turn, the agent didn't even pick up the call. I’ve tried 3–4 times now, and my KYC is still pending. This service is useless—if the onboarding is this bad, I can only imagine how terrible the after-sales support will be.
