Ratings and reviews

It has been 4 days since I completed the address verification for my Uni card using the envelope I received. I have already tried clearing the cache and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. A support ticket has also been raised by customer care. However, the application status is still stuck on: "Sit back and relax, you are all done." Forget the physical card; even the virtual card has not been activated yet.

As a developer, I frequently use USB debugging on my device. Unfortunately, the app refuses to open when USB debugging is enabled, which makes it unusable for me. This restriction feels unnecessary since most other apps work fine even with USB debugging turned on. It would be great if you could reconsider this behavior or provide an option for developers to use the app without disabling USB debugging. Looking forward to a fix.

The app requires advance payment, which is inconvenient. Most of the time it shows “Something went wrong” errors, making it unreliable. I’m unable to check card details, view balance, complete payments, or even block the card or change limits. When it does work, it repeatedly asks for device verification while blocking the card. There’s no trust—it can stop working at the time of payment. Needs urgent improvement.
