After clicking on "Start Video KYC" It asks to allow location access with a downward pointing arrow. But there's no notification asking for location access. I have already grated the app location access but still I'm getting stuck. I don't wish to get your credit card now because of this technical error on your end. If the on boarding process, which is the most important process, has issues itself, what is the guarantee that I won't face issues while using the app?

The app fetched incorrect credit information and showed my credit score below 750, which is inaccurate based on scores verified from other reliable sources. It keeps prompting me to pay for credit improvement services that I don't need. There is no option to recheck or view the detailed credit report. Additionally, the provided contact number is unreachable, the app repeatedly says "Your application cannot be processed," and there is no way to connect with a support executive.

I tried to redeem my digital gold through this app, but never received the OTP. After trying logout/login to fix the issue, I got completely locked out of my account and haven’t been able to log in for the last 2 weeks. What’s even worse is their support team. I’ve sent multiple emails and still haven’t received a proper human response. It feels like nobody is even checking customer issues. Please think twice before using this app for digital gold purchases. Very disappointing experience.
