Ratings and reviews

There are so many bugs. Sometimes rewards are not getting credited. There is mismatch in uni store and rewards screen discount value. The customer care is pathetic. If you raise an issue through email, you won't get any response. If you raise issue using whatsapp, you will have to wait for any representative to respond. And when they are available and you are not, they will not wait and close the chat.

I tried to redeem my digital gold through this app, but never received the OTP. After trying logout/login to fix the issue, I got completely locked out of my account and haven’t been able to log in for the last 2 weeks. What’s even worse is their support team. I’ve sent multiple emails and still haven’t received a proper human response. It feels like nobody is even checking customer issues. Please think twice before using this app for digital gold purchases. Very disappointing experience.

Extremely disappointing experience. A simple card redispatch request has been pending for weeks despite submitting all the required documents promptly. Customer support is virtually unreachable, calls never get connected even after long wait times, and every email receives the same generic "under review" response. I use credit cards from several other issuers and have never experienced such poor communication and customer service.
