Completely frustrating experience. I pinned my exact location on the map and entered my correct PIN code, but the app automatically fetched the wrong city name. Worse, the app locks the field and won't allow me to manually edit or correct the city name. I reached out to customer care to get it fixed before it causes an address verification failure, but even they are unable to correct it on their end. How can an app force an incorrect address and offer no way to change it?

The app fetched incorrect credit information and showed my credit score below 750, which is inaccurate based on scores verified from other reliable sources. It keeps prompting me to pay for credit improvement services that I don't need. There is no option to recheck or view the detailed credit report. Additionally, the provided contact number is unreachable, the app repeatedly says "Your application cannot be processed," and there is no way to connect with a support executive.

After clicking on "Start Video KYC" It asks to allow location access with a downward pointing arrow. But there's no notification asking for location access. I have already grated the app location access but still I'm getting stuck. I don't wish to get your credit card now because of this technical error on your end. If the on boarding process, which is the most important process, has issues itself, what is the guarantee that I won't face issues while using the app?
