I have raised a concern for account deletion in may. They told me it will be done in 1 week, and its more than 3 months, still they are looking into it. After sending 5 mails, they reply once. I am not able to login to app since 1 years. But still there is no resolution from there end. The worst app I have ever used.

The app works fine and loads everything perfectly when you have not done any transactions. It has no lagging or errors. But once you use some limit or purchase coupons from the store you will get starting 1/2 coupon rewards, then it starts throwing error in transaction page so that you cannot track how much uni coins you've earned. And for some coupons I didn't receive any guaranteed 2% uni coins. No reply/support from the Uni team. Even after multiple emails and calls(which are never answered)

The app fetched incorrect credit information and showed my credit score below 750, which is inaccurate based on scores verified from other reliable sources. It keeps prompting me to pay for credit improvement services that I don't need. There is no option to recheck or view the detailed credit report. Additionally, the provided contact number is unreachable, the app repeatedly says "Your application cannot be processed," and there is no way to connect with a support executive.
