I love the app before very useful but now I can not log in anymore. it just said an error occured eveytime try to log in or try forget password it is the same. i tried creating another account but it will not send OTP.

The app works fine, but the payment channel (such as QR Ph) is not functioning properly. I have already coordinated with both the bank and your team regarding this issue. This is not caused by any mistake on my end, but unfortunately, the resolution may take more than a month. Please ensure that your online payment channels are regularly monitored and maintained.

Worst experience ever. Your bill won't send on time and it'll take long to process your payment. Hassle conversion back to physical copies cause it'll take you a lot of time and a lot of people involved. Just bring back our physical copies instead of one sidedly converting us to online transactions just by wanting to check out in your app. This is a disappointment. update 2026 nothing changes, it becomes worse. we already paid 2 bills but are still not processed and now undergoing disconnection
