I just newly installed this app but sadly I cannot open it. It loads for a while and would say the app is experiencing difficulty and might be caused by slow net as it says but our net is really great. I hope you can fix that.

The app received an error or unexpected response from the MobileAP servers. The app can no longer function properly. Why am I seeing this when I open the app? We received a new bill but we cannot check it if this keeps on like this!. Please fix this! Thanks!

Worse experience ever. Your bill won't send on time and it'll took long to process your payment. Hassle conversion back to physical copies cause it'll take you a lot of time and alot of people involved. Just bring back our physical copies instead of one sidedly converting us to online transactions just by wanting to check out in your app. This is a disappoinment.
