I cannot even register because my account number is only 10 digits. I tried adding 0 at the beginning of the account number to make it 11 digits but I still cannot proceed. I tried both in mobile and web but to no avail. I tried calling their customer support and no one is picking up

The residential average monthly rate should be a visible feature on the app and should be updated on time. Monthly bill should be available on time as the bill is generated on every billing date. Dark mode should be available. There should be real time app notification 2-5 days prior every scheduled power interruption. Or if there is an emergency interruption.

Lately, the app hasn’t been loading my account. It just keeps loading, then eventually shows an error message saying it can’t function properly. Please fix this!
