I want to register our household account, but I can't proceed because of the ID verification. I've tried taking the picture several times, but the app still won't confirm. there seems to be a bug in taking the picture, and it can't proceed. what's wrong with taking the picture that it can't be processed?

Been using this since the pandemic. They did a lot of revisions and updates to fix bugs. The app is working as it should and is really helpful in keeping tabs of your online bill cos the printed ones take time to get delivered. Perhaps if they can also improve the duration it takes (5mins total) to display the bar graph showing the comparison of your usage and the payments made, that will be great.

Just heard of this and finally can check anytime na makavoid na ng surcharge hehe EDIT 2024: Whoa been 2 years now using the app! Good improvements too! We are not recieving paper bills since 2 months but I didnt unsub for paper bills, but okay lng, nice if naay toggle unta. Request: Please add an information or help page about the details of the bill. Will be a huge help to understand our consumption.
