Worst experience ever. Your bill won't send on time and it'll take long to process your payment. Hassle conversion back to physical copies cause it'll take you a lot of time and a lot of people involved. Just bring back our physical copies instead of one sidedly converting us to online transactions just by wanting to check out in your app. This is a disappointment. update 2026 nothing changes, it becomes worse. we already paid 2 bills but are still not processed and now undergoing disconnection

I just pay but everytime I entered the exact amount of my bill and also the kwh it goes to say that the amount are does not match to record , and we almost got disconnection because no one send the bill, I decide to download this app so we know how much amount we need to pay.

After a year of app developments, the app is still unreliable. Monthly bill postings are delayed. Outage advisories are still unreliable where my account is not tagged to be affected by an outage despite it being affected by a scheduled outage. It has limited and few features. No option to download or request previous 2-5 years bills. No monthly residential rate info feature. Please hire a professional app dev that has extensive experience.
