The app isn't working for me. For two weeks, I've been trying to reset my password, but I keep getting a "Temporarily out of service" error, even after receiving and approved successfully linked device message. I have already contacted customer service four times and visited a branch twice, as the error message suggests, but the issue still hasn't been resolved.

Poor online and mobile banking experience. This app is most of the time Out of Service. Interbank transfer always gives errors and out of service feedbacks. It has not been stable and it's been like this for soo many years and I'm surprised they are not fixing it. A banking app with an overall 3.x star rating shows how bad and poor your mobile banking experience is.

Grapes Remedy
I gave one Star not because of the app but because of one of your staff at the achimota branch called Akosua. She created a new account for me and insisted I made at least GHC300 deposit which she said was withdrawable and after doing so, they deducted GHC150 out of it without any notifications. I called her and she told me it was a mistake and almost a month now, she doesn't pick my calls nor reply to my Whatsapp messages. It's sad😭.
