Like other reviewers, I did not have a problem booking hotels using this app until this year. So far I have spent on average one hour on each booking. Everything is fine until I enter my Visa or Mastercard information. Then I get a message saying details are not correct. I have always used the same card, and it works for Marriott :) maybe that's a sign to keep my titanium status with Marriott instead of accruing with Accor. I suspect there may be an issue with the Authorize with Visa step.

Terrible app. Doesnt give me what I want.. much easier to search for stuff on web browser.. this app will make me STOP renewing my ACCOR membership. After u book ur stay it doesnt give u full details of what is included with ur booking!! Obviously they should sack the team that came up n approved this shxt.

Been using this app forever! Straightforward and easy to book. The only thing I can "criticise" is that there is an option to save your details but it doesn't seem actually do this (very minor thing). Apart from that, all good!! Wish Ibis Budget London Heathrow Central gets upgraded to an All Points hotel 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽
