This has been the most disappointing membership experience I’ve had. The fast‑track registration failed even though my stay was eligible, and customer service repeatedly promised follow‑ups that never happened. After my trip, the offer period appears to have been amended, and the team is now placing the responsibility on me despite earlier confirmations from their representatives. The lack of accountability, delayed responses, and inconsistent information show very poor service.

Not intuitive. Search results criteria should stick. Instead, after a search change of dates we have to select the criteria or filter again and again, for eg list by ascending or descending order. It always defaults to list by distance. The selected option should stick. Some sections such as feedback does not work so cannot provide feedback from the app.

The app is very easy to use and is quite straightforward. There are a few finicky things, such as the app forgetting the search details (to and from date, number of people) when going back and forth when searching for information and comparing rooms.
