customer service do not actually listen to the customer enquiries or issues to resolve the matter. They simply hear what they want to hear and do not take escalate issues for resolve. The whole App platform is slow and does not work. No longer can I view the digital card. Accor response is they can see it. That does not solve why I cannot see it. They treat you like an idiot. I have already installed and reinstalled app twice. Used to work work fine and other apps no issue.

This has been the most disappointing membership experience I’ve had. The fast‑track registration failed even though my stay was eligible, and customer service repeatedly promised follow‑ups that never happened. After my trip, the offer period appears to have been amended, and the team is now placing the responsibility on me despite earlier confirmations from their representatives. The lack of accountability, delayed responses, and inconsistent information show very poor service.

Version 10.85.1 running on Samsung galaxy ultra 24, latest android and patch levels. App is useless for check-in/pre-registration. The page corresponding to the booking, following "Register now" button, comes up either empty, or with the message "Oops your page did not load correctly due to a technical issue. Retry". Clearing cache, all data (followed by another log in) or force stop produce same result. The idea is great, but implementation is left way behind... :(
