Ratings and reviews

hard to navigate. For example, I thought I was transferred to Europcar to book and get points but apparently it was a third party and I get lots of fees. Also, I thought it best to book direct with the app for an event but it was cancelled and I was given no notification or email!! Glad I checked before the grand prix and booked elsewhere. I want to be an Accor customer but I don't get treated any differently.

The app really deserves the 5-star rating, however there's an exception: I really don't know if the given property's information is organized by the ALL or the hotel provided. That's because I've made an expensive reservation which includes car parking and when I went into property's page, it was displayed a payable Valet Parking. I believe everyone would think in a free car parking. Instead, such informations should be given at the first part of the page, in order to avoid misunderstanding.

incredibly ridiculous As gold member I guess i would know the app . It's stupid - now it forgets your credit card , login each time you launch it - to check anything - you are first forced to login. Email to hotel does not add your details and hotel email address .Old 2023 feedback back to 1 star, same issue like other reviews below.... it keeps rejecting my valid credit card 2x when i want to pay - The same card was accepted by db etc and this same card was ok for my bookings last year, idiots!
