I am trying many times to open my account, but am not able to open it. I don't know why, but I felt very bad. After the documents scanned, suddenly, the message shows that we can't proceed with your request. Our representative will contact you. or download new versions that have been updated. Very disappointing 😞 This App needs improvement. & People who are trying to open account should be helped. We all expect better from ADCB. Thanks

Worst App Ever. There are so many Bugs in the app; very slow and lagging. Unable to upload EID and passport scan. Always showing Errors.

I really disappointed this app. Tried to open an account n number of times. But after the all document submit . Every time receives a mail that one of your representatives will be in touch . But no one even contacts after. Really disappointed with your service. I still not understand whats the actual issue ..
