The new ADT+ app brings together the security of ADT, smart home management, and other innovative features to bring peace of mind to you and your family. It allows you to control everything, including your ADT+ home security system, Google Nest devices and other compatible smart devices.

Security
ADT+ gives you secure mobile access to your ADT home security system, allowing you to arm and disarm your security system, monitor your home virtually anywhere, and manage access.

Smart Home Management
Manage your home virtually anywhere. Arm and disarm your security system, stream live video and view video history from your Nest cameras and receive personalized alerts and emails for events around your home like arming, disarming, and intelligent alerts from your smart home devices.

Trusted Neighbor™
Eligible customers can take advantage of ADT’s Trusted Neighbor™. Trusted Neighbor™ is a new ADT service that lets you grant secure, temporary access to your home through the ADT+ app. Trusted Neighbor™ is designed to give you peace of mind and is the latest example of our commitment to empowering you to protect and connect what matters most.

Stream live video and speak to visitors with two-way talk from your Nest Cams and Doorbells*

View event video history so you can see what your cameras captured if you’re home or away*

Changing this to 1 star, I can't even arm my system. Is this a React Native rewrite? the latest update is terrible, put it back. The recent update was not good, app loads super slow. Also, why doesn't it honor the rotation lock on my phone? It keeps rotating to landscape mode but the UI is not built or designed for that. Lock the app to portrait please.

Notifications are all combined into one. Alarm is not separate from other, not important notifications and can't be customized. The system also allows arming with tripped sensors without warning other than flashing light. The user should not be able to arm unless all windows and doors are closed. Also, please add night to doors windows devices instead of just stay/away/convenience 11-10-2024 deleted some issues from previous review. 3-22-2025 now all notifications are delayed until screen on !??

Bought the new ADT Base. they removed options to turn off the countdown sound when arming to stay mode. the old Base allowed for this. oddly the new ADT Keypad has the option to turn off the countdown sound. Also, old sensors will work with the new base but don't allow you to change their settings. so if I open my door, it immediately sounds my alarm. no delay. Very big misteps
