Ratings and reviews

Several issues need to be fixed! 1. Login: need an option to have the username & password auto populate from our saved list if the user desires. Saved username should be a default box to check. Add biometric login option. 2. Rewards 🙄: I know this depends on what plan my employer chose, but not interested when there are no rewards attached. I want the option to turn that off. Definitely not interested in push notifications for non-existent "rewards". I hope nobody completes that info!

Can't log into my account even with the correct password and 2FA. I get an error screen and it takes me to my browser where the login page loops. I've cleared browser cookies and cache, tried every different browser I could think of, and it's still broken. It's like they don't want you to be able to access your information. Terrible experience, especially when you're sick and just trying to get to the doctor.

Good start & looking forward to improvements. I use the app primarily to pay my bills. I like having them all in one place vs paying each provider separately. I would love to be able to save my credit card information in the app instead of reentering it each time and to see that zero balance is due when I have paid outside of the app. provider search doesn't include all primary care dr options. medical info needs more details (ex: one vaccine category is simply "vaccine". not super informative.
