Ratings and reviews

Really, really bad search function. Deeply unintuitive UI, and that's coming from a tech-savvy 22 year old. I can't imagine how hard it would be to navigate for older folks. Why does searching individual practices not show the correct results? Or even individual practitioners? I have to sort through huge lists of providers instead. Really bad.

UPDATE: this error was fixed but there still are frequent issues. For example, I try to find care and everything I type in the search bar show up with 0 results (including generic things that should have many results). --- This app used to work for me but, every time I've tried to open it over the last 2-3 weeks, it says, "We're having technical issues. Please try again later." and I don't get father than the log in. I have to use the website instead. I've reinstalled it with no improvements.

AI used heavily, can't answer basic questions. Can't do a quick search of anything without it failing specifying a technical issue. I ask about my copay? technical issue. vaccines covered? technical issue. cost of a generic prescription? technical issue. have not ever gotten a correct answer out of this thing. giving it 2 stars because I can at least get my insurance card downloaded from it, but this is trash.
