Ratings and reviews

I haven't been able to sign into the app for over a month. It always just says "technical issues" . Can't get into the member website either. I cant access my insurance cards or anything. I dont know whats happening but this is extremely frustrating. I've tried numerous different browsers. Un-installed and reinstalled. Can't get into anything. If I could give this zero stars I would because this is absolutely ridiculous

This app is too glitchy. It kept looping back to the sign in page even after I had already being logged in for a few minutes. Everytime I clicked on the Teledoc option, it would circle back for me to log in instead of red
