If you want to be scammed and delayed download this application, very wasteful application, this One of the worse financial application ever, I did a transaction to Pakistan and they mean there is a problem with the transaction, if there's a problem then why not refund my money, they have kept my money for about a week or more and they don't care, very poor customer service, nothing good about this bank and application

I have sent money to Pakistan many times, but it is received in very difficult. The customer care staff are very arrogant and do not listen at all. On 02/10/2025, I tried calling for 4 hours, but the call never connected to the helpline. Even if it connects, the customer care does not help with money refunds. In other apps, there is a refund option and the money is returned immediately, but with the Alinma Bank app I am not satisfied at all, as refunding is very difficult.

On this new update, there is a transfer history section that shows money in transit that is money pwid to the account, money to be picked or picked by the receiver as well as the refund back part of it. kindly include it for better services, as soon as possible please.
