Ratings and reviews

Using the app has improved my driving habits and saved us on our premiums. My issues with it are that it crashes quite often and it doesn't load all the features every time you log in. I'll have to log in and out several times to see my trip activity. Also, a few times it has recorded that I went over 80, which is flat out wrong. I do not drive faster than 75 and set my cruise control, or "ticket control" as I call it every single time I get in my car. Edit: Now I need to reinstall constantly

The app sucks as does support. My app only records trips about once a month (and I drive almost every day). Tech support just keeps telling me to do the same things over and over (check your phone permissions, update the app...blah, blah, blah). I did all of it. App still doesn't work, so I no longer get my discount because they can't fix their app.

Good app. However most of the time when I end the trip and I walk some distance, it still shows that the trip is in progress. When I take my phone out to end it then it shows that there was phone activity even tho I use the phone when I walk some distance. The app does not end the trip when it ends. Also, I dont understand why sudden braking is unsafe because people decide to cut me off and jump in front of a vehicle. Does this mean we should just hit people and it would be safer?
