Great app for when I wonder what to do with myself! Whether I want to go for a walk, a hike, or even a scenic drive - among many other choices - this app lets me create a map of where I've been. The downside is that newer phones have a battery-saving feature that turns it off after awhile, but even deactivated phones have GPS, so I leave one running in my backpack for the map. I've not figured out how to synch my accounts to different devices - there might be a way, but haven't really looked.

Two major problems with the app, and the online version as well - 1} can't add photos of a trail as part of your trail review (even when go back to edit your review). That should be part of the trail review wizard steps. 2) when try to search for Help on topics, the support docs require a user login, but doesn't allow authentication through Google or Facebook the way Alltrails does for creating an account, subscription, etc.

The functionality to connect to Garmin devices will not work. Connecting to Garmin is an option under settings. I click on to the menu and click that I agree to everything, the window goes back to the menu screen and it says "starting" under Garmin connection... But it never actually connects and if I close the app and re-open and check the setting, it shows it's not connected.
