Works perfectly. I use it all the time. Everytime. I Go for a run at the skyline, don't even need to bring a phone to pay for anything at wholefoods. The Amazon one biometrics works perfectly. Practical technological innovation at its finest.

Many problems with the app: 1. Asks me to sign in again each time. 2. No option to send any kind of feedback from the app. 3. When palm is used in place of QR code at Amazon Go stores, the receipt doesn't show up in Amazon app, and neither does it show up in this app. So there is no way to see the receipt at all.

Embarrassing that this is from Amazon. I scanned my palms in a store, then received a text to link it to my Amazon account. Received OTP but then asked me to sign up again and register my phone number, and I never received my OTP. Told me too many attempts so I must start again. Tried again and now it's saying I need to go to a store to scan my palms to activate my account. What?! I literally just did that! A frustrating experience.
