Ratings and reviews

When streaming on my TV, subtitles will randomly pop up and freeze until you pause the video, then they disappear. On mobile you get a reminder about data everytime you start a video. It stays on the screen for too long and isn't even needed. This is the only streaming service that doesn't sign you out randomly. And if you are signed out it is the easily to log into. Quality has gotten better. Both streaming and UI.

I do like that it displays the file size before D/L. But episodes are always buried under a mess of marketing fluff, promoting a show I'm already watching! This "Explore" tab is the default view with no way to change it. It also frequently gets stuck on the previous season, despite exiting or force-closing. And up until about May24, my USB-C to HDMI adapter worked fine to stream to a TV while I travel, but since then, nothing. I only use this on Android, for select shows, during the commute.

Horrible. Constantly forgets where you were watching. Jumps entire episodes backwards. And having so many commercials on a paid service is annoying enough, but if the app starts you off at the wrong place in the show, and you try to skip ahead to where you were (or skip around trying to figure OUT where you were ) then it forces you to stop at every commercial break you skip over, even if you're not watching, just skipping. Just a miserable user experience.
