Ratings and reviews

Bloody awful since update. Used to have no issues playing Audiobooks but since the last update the app misses some chapters completely, shuffles chapters, doesn't list chapters so you can't select them and just skips over some entirely, making it impossible to listen to the audiobooks I paid for through Audible. Well done Amazon for taking my money for Audiobooks and then breaking an app (that was working just fine!) so I can't listen to the bloody things! Please just fix it!

Could be a lot easier to use. E.g drag and drop for moving devices between groups etc rather than hunting through the app to figure things out that aren't done often. Alexa responses are mostly just googled answers - not very AI. App keeps freezing when in a list after unlocking phone. Most of the good reviews are for the associated hardware rather than the phone app itself.

Worst app I've ever had to rely on, ai wish I could uninstall and never use it again. constant bugs and issues causing long load times and unresponsive when attempting to perform basic tasks. Amazon have removed the web interface which is even worse and means the app is the only way to perform certain actions. It's been like this for years across all my devices. It gives me a good reason to consider an alternative home assistant.
