Ratings and reviews

Alexa (two Echo Chows and two Echo Dots) are becoming less responsive every day. When I say to turn on all lights, only some of them go on. If I then go into the app on my phone, I can turn on the rest. Or, when I again say to turn on lights the one that was on goes off. Alexa says OK when nothing happens, or nothing happens and there is no confirmation. Sometimes there is a latency between when the action takes place and when there is a confirmation. This has progressively become worse.

Used to work perfectly and control everything I needed it to, but ever since the Alexa+ update, nothing works. Tells me it can't help me with basic things like telling the time, none of the skills work, never does my routines, won't play spotify, and takes at least 30 seconds just to turn the lights on and off if it turns them on and off at all. The update has basically turned my pop into an ugly paperweight.

Here's the problem I adore my Alexa. The prob is, it randomly stops working. My new Echo Dot now stopped playing music and it's throwing it to my tablet. I did not change a single setting. I bought a new smart light bulb during prime days. works about half the time. I get a random error eventually it works. I would happily give this 5 stars if it would only work like it's supposed to!! I forgot 2 things today because I couldn't hear the reminder. Online fixes don't usually fix. Frustrating!
