I really wish the developers would fix the issues. Amazon has a wonderful selection. Unfortunately, the app freezes a lot. Podcast sometimes get stuck on an episode and it will repeat the whole episode. Music will stop at random times. When I first got this app, it worked great so I upgraded to a bigger plan so my family can listen. They all have stopped using the app because of the freezing, lost playlists and not being able to log in until we call customer service.

This app is garbage. It will not allow me to download PURCHASED music nor select a target file location. It has also deleted music from my library that I bought and added others I did not. When I called for support, they told me just to delete the app and install it again even after I told them I did that. Then, when I told them I was doing this for travel and I needed to use a different sim and number for over seas use, they just "hmmm" me and went silent. It's not worth the price of prime.

This app is mostly pretty awesome, but, it goes through extended periods of bugginess, which is very annoying. The bugs seem to occur after updates. For example: if you want to remove an album/artist, from your downloads. Most of the time you would click on the "remove" function, and expect the album/artist to be removed. This rarely works, and I have to go and delete each track individually. Sometimes bugs are fixed quickly, sometimes not. All in all this is my favorite music app.
