Ratings and reviews

Very hard for simple task like looking for e-statement. It's like mission impossible. In simple word, it is very very user unfriendly.

it's ok to check your balance etc but needs a secure chat facility.

So frustrating that there is no other contact option (e.g. chat) than phone line. I'm abroad and I can't call as my love sim doesn't allow it. It's also expensive to call. Following up on fraudulent transactions, blocking unblocking cards, enabling high transactions abroad eg for a rental car deposit, should all be possible on the app and Amex doesn't provide any of it.. it's so behind any neo bank.
