Ratings and reviews

Poor customer service. Some executives don’t allow customers to explain their issues and give solutions without listening. My last two service requests were not resolved. Tried calling today but no response. Still facing issues: can’t download credit card statement and SMS are coming in Arabic instead of English.

The worst app I've ever experienced, I attempted to transfer money to my account more than 10 times, and yet received no notification code. To the other users of this app, I advise you to transfer your account to other banks that have better app services.

Why the app is not fast enough to use its already updated its still popping up to update... Really to much slow need to upgrade this application im too upset to use the features are but the only problem ia very slow sometimes it crushes.....
