Quick Start Guide

Anydesk suddenly doesn't work. Updated, but the screen still frozen, cannot close and cannot re-connect. Weirdly, everything ok on my old HP, but my new mobile Vivo just keep hanging and need to reboot to reconnect. After restart, still not working. Please kindly fix

Recently the app has been full of bugs. Once im connected to remote desk, the screen on my phone gets frozen and doesnt refresh even though everything is fine on the desktop side. When i disconnect from the remote session, on the app it says that it is still connected and does not allows me to create a new connection. I have to reboot my mobile phone in order to disconnect from the first session. 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻 Please get it fixed ASAP. Update: Issue seems to be fixed in the latest update 💪🏼

Nice app. But recently I got error "Please close the active session first" and cannot do anything. Cannot open new session. If I kill app and open new session, I can see updated images in about 1-2 sec. Then no updated images
