I can't close remote sessions! After I'm done helping, I click on the "close session" button but nothing helps and I can still access the remote device. I can't initiate a new session because the session is still active. The only way to terminate is to force close the app. Not only is this annoying, but it's a security risk! If the session doesn't close then the remote computer is still accessible without the user being aware of it! If this is fixed I'll be able to rate higher.

Initially it works fine, however after a while if you use it a decent amount they think that you're using it for commercial purposes so add in 15 second delays twice for every session. You can contact them and tell them it's for personal use only, however they seem to ignore this as I have done this twice with no change. This is a blessing though as I'm now using Windows remote desktop which is far superior. There are many other options to explore.

Works decent. Unfortunately, despite using it for purely personal use, if you connect to a PC more than 20 times in one month, you get a very intrusive pop-up that locks you out for 15 seconds, and then sends ANOTHER one every like 5 minutes. Also still haven't figure out how to handle a PC with no monitors (Applications hangs on "Waiting for Image" while TeamViewer has literally 0 issues connecting). God forbid your monitor goes to sleep, then all of a sudden you can't remote into your PC.
