I have security concerns with this app. Why am I seeing my dashboard even without logging in? Ecobank, there should be a user authentication before the dashboard is displayed. Also, you can use this app on multiple devices without it detecting that. The app should take care of this. Either allow one device at a time or have an option to make a secondary device. Every other feature works fine for me, but if the app is not secure enough, of what use are the other features? Please fix this!

I opened a savings account with Eco bank with an intention to save some money but this app is causing me to have a re think. I applied for and got a debit card to use it for registration but for some days I have not been able to register . After validating my details, it tells me that my profile cannot be created due to internal system error. Eco bank you people should do better. Try and fix this issue, please.

This app is not good at all. I deposited money into my account to register for a credit card but it has failed multiple times and I have even uninstalled it and installed it multiple times but still the same issue. So I was fed up and I decided to withdraw my money but this app told me that it cannot be processed. As for me if there were a negative star, I would have given this app a negative 2
