I think the bank needs to go back to the drawing board with the app developers. It's so frustrating that when you get a new phone, uninstall the app, reinstall the app, you need to go to the bank and spend a minimum of an hour just to set up. Ecobank, please up your game. Technology has advanced, and there are features you can put in place to protect your customers when signing up on the app instead of asking us to go to a bank branch.
