4. Users under the age of 13 cannot collaborate on playlists because they are not allowed to have identities within Music. Users in Cameroon, China mainland, Malawi, Mali, Russia, Türkiye, United Arab Emirates, and Uruguay cannot collaborate.

Ratings and reviews

I really wish my "downloaded" music didn't constantly get frozen in buffering. Every hour or so I have to take out my phone and skip a song that refuses to play. Even if it wasn't downloaded I have great signal most of the time, so it's obviously a problem with their UI/music player. It's been broken for the last five years, so I doubt it'll get fixed any time soon.

it's one of the biggest music apps we can use today. my biggest complaints are that the radio stations get extremely repetitive and the stations and playlists created for us are not very customizable or very good overall. I used Spotify for over a decade and have been using apple music for over a year, and it's hard to not go back to Spotify. the ui can be improved upon, being easier to use but more expensive with features. the library is the best part of apple.

The user experience is absolutely horrible, which I assume is because I'm not using an apple device. The play button will randomly just stop working so I can't select different songs or playlists and I get stuck listening to whatever the app puts on during "infinite play". apple also does a terrible job handling AI music and artists. I feel like I'm constantly hitting the"suggest less" button because of another cookie cutter ai band.
