Ratings and reviews

This is a scam app. Don't download it. The quality of food delivery has gone to the dogs. I'm starting a blog series on the same. They take subscription extra and still have multiple pickups from multiple restaurants. This delays their already pricey orders which don't get delivered in twice the mentioned time. Where's my refund, you cheap company? I'll soon paste the blog link for the same. Looking for food reviewers to corner

I have been a gold user over a year, Zomato showed it's true colours. Earlier you used to get coupons when order was delayed but now nothing. No one has idea that 70% of their order are delayed. Poor customer service, you can never reach out to them easily anymore so if you're having packing spilling or missing items all the best!

I have been using Zomato for sometime regulary, but their delivery fees and taxes have become ridiculous. Even with Gold, they still charge double the actual price, sometimes even more. It's incredibly frustrating and deceptive. What's worse is that their offers mean nothing; they just compensate in some other way. Even after applying offers, they still charge too much. They need to be transparent about their charges or risk losing customers.
