Ratings and reviews

Zomato used to be good and I have always been a gold member as I liked their services. But my latest experience with them has been terrible. My order from the restaurant had a lot of items missing, and the max Zomato can do according to their executives is offer an auto generated refund which does not even cover the cost of the items missing. Very disappointed with this.

And most of times, the articles are priced over and above the normal price at restaurant itself. Till you are a beginner with Zomato, things are good. After that it's a downhill from there onwards.
