Ratings and reviews

I've had a frustrating experience ordering food for a friend in a different city on Zomato. Despite entering their address, the app used my current location, resulting in multiple mistaken orders. The lack of a customer care number and unhelpful chat support added to the frustration. After wasting time and energy, I finally got a refund, but the app didn't acknowledge the issue. Be warned: ordering for different cities on Zomato can be a nightmare!

I always have issues with Zomato orders and wen I reach customer support my issue won't be resolved and it'll be loss of money for me . Even after informing the customer care that items are missing with valid photos and videos the support team will respond saying they're not getting confirmation from resturant etc. This is really bad and I need to stop ordering from u people. I'm really not happy with the service. Thanks

I have been using Zomato for sometime regulary, but their delivery fees and taxes have become ridiculous. Even with Gold, they still charge double the actual price, sometimes even more. It's incredibly frustrating and deceptive. What's worse is that their offers mean nothing; they just compensate in some other way. Even after applying offers, they still charge too much. They need to be transparent about their charges or risk losing customers.
