I’m giving 1 star only because there is no option for zero. I ordered a packaged ice cream, and within less than 2 minutes I realized I selected the wrong product and immediately cancelled it. When I contacted customer support, they gave a ridiculous reason saying the “item is prepared.” What exactly are you preparing in a sealed packaged ice cream? On top of that, I was indirectly threatened that if I don’t accept the order, my account features could be blocked. This is nothing but blackmaili

Zomato has become one of my most useful daily apps! 🍽️ I’ve been enjoying a wide variety of food from different restaurants without even stepping out. What I love the most is their affordable pricing and amazing offers during special deal times. It really helps me explore new places and cuisines without spending too much. The app is easy to use, delivery is reliable, and the food options are endless.

Lately, the customer support with useless AI agent has been really disappointing. Almost every time I place an order, they club it with others, which ends up delaying delivery. By the time the food arrives, it’s often cold and doesn’t feel fresh anymore. What’s frustrating is that this happens even with a Gold membership, which is supposed to offer a better experience.
