Yesterday I schedule money transfer to another bank I've always been able to do this before the update! I received a email telling me they can't transfer funds do to insufficient funds! Well I look into my account the funds are there and some! I'm not understanding why this bank couldn't transfer the fund! And I can't get in touch with no one because their hours in on Pacific Time and I'm on Eastern standard Time! This customer service sucks!
This app has been giving me problems since day 1 either I can never log into my account without a problem. 1st it was verifying my device being used now it's my password which is the same password. So annoying. I keep having to uninstall and reinstall everyday.
Last update stinks, for some reason I'm no longer able to use fingerprint for log in. Yes I've tried all the work arounds. This review is for the app itself, no issues with Aspiration whatsoever.
So what's this issue with not being able to log in? Was working fine then three updates manage to break it, create the illusion of it maybe being fixed and lastly keeping it broken. Undo whatever broker it the first go around and maybe it'll be a functional app again.
Still have not fixed the crappy app login issue. Now it has a password issue. Aspiration support refuses to respond. 11/14/17 Aspiration still has no clue how to fix the problem. Have been emailing support for days and still no response. They refuse to respond and take responsibility. Their developers do not know how to write a proper app.
For months I have been unable to activate my card, And my initial deposit is dwindling in my account as every month they are charging fees for having this bank account that I am unable to use- fees they claim not to have when you sign up.
