Ratings and reviews

As a US national living in Mexico, this is a useful app that easily could be made a lot better. It's a decent place to stash some money to use for paying daily bills via a Visa credit card. Unfortunately, sending payments via SPEI (CLABE) requires that you have the other party's RFC number. Most Mexican payment platforms (e.g. Nu Banco) do not have such a restriction. Unless this is a legal requirement, I can't see any benefit. UPDATE: The boilerplate response doesn't win any prizes, either.

You are on your own using this app. I would not put much money in it. Application with serious performance and operational issues. I want to use it, but still some more investment needs to happen from the company to bake it reliable. Finally got some human to mail to, but did not help with the issue. I found another workaround there. Still my recommendation to the company is to invest more money in making the app reliable.

I'd like to request a help, suddenly I received a verification code from a number on Whatsapp with the name of Astropay as business account. But I did not create any account at Astropay, this way, could you help to understand what's going on? I'm suspecting it is a fraud attempt. I've sent an email to the support of the app, but still waiting for an answer
